great location, perfect size, washer, full kitchen. comfortable, firm bed and sofa.
no dryer, no drying rack and no place to hang a clothesline.

Le lieu est situé dans le vieux Lille, et proche de la gare, ce qui est très agréable et pratique. Il y a peu de circulation dans cette rue, donc c'est assez calme. Le lit et le canapé sont confortables. La cuisine semble assez bien équipée.
J'ai eu un peu de mal à ouvrir la boite à clefs. L'apppartement est au rez de chaussee ce qui est a la fois un avantage et un inconvenient (on ne peut pas laisser les fenetres ouvertes). Pour monter ou baisser les stores, c'est mieux d'etre grand.e ou alors il faut monter sur un siege. Les vitres etaient sales. La machine a laver le linge etait apparemment hors service, il y avait des serviettes dedans (trempées) quand je suis arrivée, j'ai tenté plusieurs fois de faire fonctionner l'essorage, en vain.
