Location is very central.. the hotel is clean and the rooms are sizeable. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows were so comfortable I took a photo of them to buy one!
The hotel has a lovely restaurant and viewing area..
Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. We definitely would stay here again.
The noise from the road can be a bit loud, but we were made aware of that before booking.

The hotel is located very close to the harbour, so taking boat trips from the hotel is pretty quick. There are many nice cafes around the hotel with good dining options.
The rooms are comfortable and quiet considering its proximity to the harbour.
A few amenities could have been free of charge.
