Overall quite satisfactory and comfortable, modern and clean.

Good position for us, ideal for two to three people. Clean and equipment in the kitchen was good.

Cooker hood prominent, bang!! Issue parking two cars, only one designated space. Message left on windscreen🙁

Enjoyed our stay at Wren cottage and would definitely stay there again.

Wren cottage was in a quiet neighbourhood which was exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty of very picturesque walks very close by, including Chesil beach.

Though the bed was very comfortable. It was only a double and being used to sleeping in a kings size. We found it a little small for us.

Peaceful stay.

Wow, what a lovely quiet place. Five minute walk to the beautiful beach. The owner provided milk, tea, coffee and biscuits. Just perfect after a long drive. The beds were super comfortable. The area were great, a shop just around the corner and everything we wanted was a short drive a way. A perfect spot to visit Portland. You could either drive there or walk. Definitely a place I will happily rebook.

The location foe an elderly couple was poor.we decided to only stay one night and returned home the following day.I spoke to the owner who understood our feelings from our perspective.I could see small families would love it.

Exceptional

Dianne was so very helpful, we had an amazing first holiday with our 2 year old and wish we could've stayed longer, the house was exceptionally clean and very cosy, we had everything we could have possibly needed, and the location was also a bonus, would defiantly recommend and would gladly stay at wren cottage again.

Lovely place. Would absolutely stay again!

The house was lovely, and literally just across the strand from Portland (which is where we were visiting). We visited over the bank holiday weekend and didn’t hear any noise from the area so it was a peaceful and quiet place. The home was very clean, there was an abundance of towels, and even some extra for our dog! The bedding was also provided and the beds were very comfortable (I struggle with sleeping in different beds as I have a bad back but found these to be very comfortable). There were dog bowls and poo bags provided as a back-up and the host even left some lovely chocolate orange cookies, a bottle of wine and a small bottle of milk for when we arrived. There were also books, board games and jigsaw puzzles (adult) provided as well as a tv with the ability to login into Netflix, Disney + and others in case of rainy/lazy days. There was a Cupboard with hangers to hang up clothes as well as a hoover, cleaning supplies and a washing machine with tablets for it for those extra muddy days! We were 4 adults, one 3yr old child and 1 dog and were very comfortable in the house. We all really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again for our next visit.

We weren’t sure if the towels and bedding would be provided as it didn’t say in the listing, but they were and there were no issues with that. The shower pressure was a little low but that’s all I can say in the improvement category!
