Small apt but huge terrace (the terrace is literally bigger than the whole flat and has chairs & table). There is only this one apt on 2nd floor, so feels very private. First floor has only 2 apts. Noise isolation non-existent - there's a gap under the door so you will hear your neighbours every.time. day and night when they come in & out of theit apt. Huge modern TV with forgotten Disney account, thank you dear predecessor :)
Very nice, modern, practical. Issues with A/C not heating (been there in feb - in the winter), solved temporarily with portable heaters, only second best as less effective. Watch out for water tubes fastening under the sink (had to fix it myself as were loose and flooding the kitchen) and how hot water has a special way to kick in - first the pressure decreases, then the cold water gushes out strongly and then it turns into a hot one at last.. No dishwasher. Toilet water pressure too much - when flushing, it's splashing out on the toilet seat which is quite grose. Bathroom no ventilation, so smells of mold in the first drawer under the sink - avoid using. Second drawer is better. No wardrobe for hanging clothes, only shelves. Storage space is fine for such a small apt.. Washing machine, stove incl oven for baking, kettle, toaster all good. Pan scratched and quite destroyed. 3 ikea pots and basic cuttlery fine. No microwave. Very comfy 4 high chairs at the table, just that you have toilet water holder right above your head from the toilet next door, the painting on the wall just covering the open hole, it gets noisy when someone flushes. It's tiny, but cute & stylish. Our favourite location in Malta, very practical. No sea view but the penthouse terrace feels peaceful and spacious.

The place had a big tv and a big terrace outside. There was a wonderful functional kitchen and a washing machine. We lived here for 2 months and it was really good for a long stay.
There was a little bit of mold and the place wasn’t extremely clean when we arrived. we had to wash again the kitchen supplies. but it was just minor things

Nice location!
The studio missed some hanging space for clothes (just a hook in bedroom would have been enough). For us - but this is personal - the bed was way too soft.
Also, on the days we were there, there were some verynload girls in the hallway

it was good trip wonderful facility
all set about property 👍👍👍 but what I don’t like which is after 9pm check in i have to pay 35 Euro plus 6 euro tax I think that is not fair otherwise all set.
