De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlot, een tweede sleutel van het appertement werd zonder probleem daags nadien geleverd. Ruim appartement, twee degelijke badkamers elk met douche. Ideaal gelegen, alles makkelijk bereikbaar te voet. Indien verder weg is een taxi via 'Bolt.com' de oplossing (en maf goedkoop). Het weer was schitterend (laatste week oktober - begin november 23C en meer, uitzonderlijk es een regendruppel). Mooie stenen vloeren, ruime kamers. Terras voor- en achteraan. Alles aanwezig: Airco, Broodrooster, Microgolfoven, Elektrische kookplaat, Koelkast, Strijkplank, Strijkijzer, Wasmachine (zeer handig), Waterkoker, etc. Voordeur kon dubbel gesloten worden.
Geen stopcontact in beide badkamers (scheerapparaat, haardroger..) aanwezig. Stopcontacten (UK) in het appartement zijn laag bij de grond (strijkijzer heeft een korte draad). Weinig tot geen ophangmogelijkheden aan de muur (kledij ophangen). Stoffen zetel in de living vond ik niet proper. Meerdere glazen en bestek waren niet proper bij aankomst. Het gebouw is niet voorzien van degelijke geluidsisolatie (toilet, douche, voetstappen, deuren die dichtslaan..) van andere bewoners is goed hoorbaar.

The apartment was comfortable, spacious and well equipped, and it was easy to keep cool without using the air conditioning. The location was great, a two minute walk to the Sliema seafront (Exiles) and local shops for bread and other provisions. There are loads of restaurants within 20 minutes walk of the apartment, both in Sliema and St Julians. The underground garage parking was really useful for when we hired a car, and was included in the cost. Patrick was really helpful and communicative and made us feel really welcome. We are happy to recommend this apartment to other travellers and would stay here again.
There wasn't much to not like. Being picky, we could have done with a little more crockery - plates, cups, etc. There was a dishwasher in the apartment, but if we had filled it before using it, we would have run out of crockery. Also, we were just three and had there been four in the apartment, we might have been fighting for the comfortable seats !

Location is very good, close to the sea and restaurants. Patrick is a great host!
Beds are a little uncomfortable but this could just be my preference
