We had a great experience with the property & landlord. He was very helpful and gave quick responses to our questions. Also when we needed new towels he provided it for us in the next day in the morning so we had a pleasant experience with him. Also we liked the closeness of the lake and that we had an access to the pool.
The rooms were not properly cleaned when we had arrived. There were bread left in the cupboards and we noticed several shortcomings with the cleaning. Also there AC was leaking water to the floor which was unpleasant. The close proximity to the lake caused that we had a lots of midges around the apartment and in the apartment, it’s not the mistake of the property it’s a current problem near balaton but worth noting.

Responsive host, very clean apartment, good location in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the lake. We also enjoyed the balcony very much and seeing trains go by. It was also great to have the comfort of air-conditioning in all rooms during the heat wave.
It's a bit awkward to open and close the door to apartment with an app and on one day the app was out of order and we got locked outside with shopping. However we contacted host via messenger and within a few minutes host offered a solution by enabling us to get a physical key. And two slight suggestions - the toilet seat in main bathroom and the freezer door latch need replacement as they both don't work well but it's no big deal.

The apartment is well equipped and clean. Very close to the lake and several attractions like bike rental.
The apartment is being cleaned once a week and the towels aren’t being replaced. there is no dryer to dry laundry after wash. The shared garbage cans were full and there was no room to throw trash
