The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sun umbrella, sun lounger, and barbecue facilities.

On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance leads over an internal stair directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at folding bed (appropriate only for children under 1 year). Kitchen 12 sqm and with TV, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (230 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 12 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
