Hungary, Balatonszárszó. The modern furnished holiday home (built in 2000, renovated in 2010) is located in a semi-detached house, in a cottage area and has peaceful and sunny location. Access is via a paved secondary road. Parking for 2 cars on the property. Purchase 500 m, restaurant 300 m, center 500 m.
Lake Balaton 300 m, beach 300 m with sand and gravel). Tennis 500 m.
A laundry room is located in the basement of house no. 3. Detergents, softeners, etc. are not available.
for a binding booking we charge a (30%) down payment of the travel price
In the municipality Balatonszarszo a tourist tax is charged. This currently amounts to € 2, - per person and day over 16 years. This tax is payable on arrival to the landlord.
Upon your arrival, please call at house # 3 (Narcisz utca 14) or by phone to collect the keys.
