Exceptional

The host was very nice, friendly and helpful, even though he does not speak english. He provided us with a map of the city and explained how to get anywhere we want. The apartment itself is old and has authentic Italian decor but is very clean and has everything one might need for a comfortable stay. You have to take the bus from the centre to get to the apartment but the bus ride is quite short and overall did not affect our stay in a negative way.

Located 20 minutes away by bus from the historic center. Nice clean calm and cozy apartment with all facilities. Rustic decor in an old building which helps you imagine living in the old times with modern comfort. Fans provided. Wonderful bakery nearby.

A nice away-from-the-city place to stay.

The property was really nice. It was accessible to some food shops and bus stop. The house was big! It is also possible to cook.

Since we visited during winter, it was cold (5-10C outside). There were just 2 portable small heaters which were not enough to meet our comfortable warmth level. I think the place is going to be perfect during warmer periods of the year. But if you like a really cold room during winter, this is your place!

Very Spacious, friendly host who offered his area knowledge to make our stay more comfortable.

The apartment was very spacious and came with all needed essentials. This was much more comfortable stay compared to hotels due to having the option to cook yourself.

The only issue is the location, it is outside of the city centre which we knew before booking however we didn't realise the difficulty to get into the centre from this apartment. You have to walk 10/15minutes to a shop where you can purchase a bus ticket to take you the rest of the way. This is no negativity against the host or the property, just something to know for future travellers that you will have to do that 10/15 minute walk unless you don't mind paying for a taxi.

The host was great and helpful.

No airconditioning was a major thing. Could not sleep at night with just the fan in the heat. The temp outside was high 30s. Apt was very old, clean but extremely old. No shampoo provided. Bath space was very small, almost going into the toilet area.

Cálida estadía

El host es increíblemente amable! El departamento tiene de todo, y la atención es A1. No está tan lejos del centro y es muy fácil movilizarse. El departamento es muy cómodo, es completo, incluso tuve un accidente y tenía botiquín lo que es un plus para cualquier emergencia. Giorgio es súper amable, atento y abierto a ayudarte con cualquier duda que tengas. Definitivamente fue una de mis mejores estadías en Europa!

Edificio storico a 15 min dal centro di Firenze

Il sig. Giorgio è molto disponibile e gentile; l'appartamento è pulito e in una posizione comoda perché vicina alla fermata del bus (a 15 min di autobus dal centro) e ad altri servizi.

Il bagno è MOLTO piccolo e l'assenza di un piatto doccia non aiuta. Peccato per l'assenza di un televisore e suggerisco di fornire in dotazione qualche asciugamano in più.

Adatto a chi deve visitare Firenze Centro e Sud.

Posizione strategica per andare in centro a Firenze, possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente a poche decine di metri, presenza di negozi alimentari e ferramenta nei pressi. E' dotato di Cucina e altro materiale per prepararsi il cibo in casa.

Il bagno era molto spartano. La doccia lo rendeva di difficile utilizzo perchè non c'è il piatto doccia. Il riscaldamento è sufficiente ma non ottimale.

Me gustó la limpieza, estaba todo muy limpio, la proximidad con la parada de autobús que lleva al centro. Giorgio es una persona encantadora y servicial, nos recibió muy bien.

El colchón de la cama necesita una renovación, se hunde en el centro y acabamos uno encima del otro. El sofá del comedor es impracticable, no hay televisión y tampoco algún tipo de estufa y nos tocaron días muy lluviosos, apetecía algo de calor. Todo el apartamento es muy antiguo, necesita una renovación integral, pero lo mantienen muy limpio y es igual que en las fotos.
