Great flat in a wonderful location to visit surround areas for walking and exploring.

Very clean, nicely presented, cosy and in a great location. Restaurant team were so friendly, we had a meal and it was fantastic. We would stay again.

The bedroom beams very very low and the bed a bit awkward to get to. Mattress though was very comfy. Heating thermostat wasn’t working so either had heating on or off. Bathroom towels would have been a bit better if softer and one had a bleach stain on it. Nothing major though.

Great property with height issues

It is in a great location for exploring north Wales and has very good local pubs and shop.

Please don't take my comments as a complaint, only an observation. The accommodation upstairs has several low ceilings and beams which make moving around a bit awkward. The toilet use for gents meant I was almost leaning backwards. The TV operation also got the better of me, live TV just couldn't get it to work on either TV.

Delightful, well appointed flat makes a great base for touring Noth Wales.

The flat has been beautifully renovated and is very comfortable. It’s in a perfect position for touring north west Wales. Y Sgwar Restaurant is charming and the food served there is excellent. We were unable to stay for as long as we had planned, for personal reasons, so we would be happy to return in the future to complete our exploration of the area.

No TV channels, shower door slightly broken, low ceilings and doorways in some areas but was aware of this when booking

Location was perfect as the purpose of visiting was to see PORTMEIRION which was just a few minutes away. There were two excellent restaurants within a stone's throw away, with a shop, pub, chip shop to boot!

Although the bed was comfy, it was in the alcove and as my hubby is 6ft 3in it wasn't ideal. Also we couldn't get the hob to work and there wasn't any instructions. The towels were clean, but one set was a bit worn and had at some point been in contact with a lot of bleach so just a bit unsightly. Some milk had been left in jug in the fridge with some cling film over the top? I think you either need to leave a small unopened bottle or don't leave any at all

Perfect break, home from home.

This Flat is in the perfect location, near by 2 restaurants, a very good chippy, shop and a pub. About 1.6miles from Porthmadog where you have plenty to do. It is quite which was perfect for us. Highly recommended.

The flat has been fully modernised with a new kitchen and bathroom.

The host of the restuarant Iola was amazing and so welcoming. All the team in the restuarant below the flat were happy, friendly, helpful. The Flat was beautifully decorated, had everything and more than you could need. Was received with processco, milk, juice, butter, crisps, biscuits all really lovely added bonuses which wasnt expected but greatly appreciated. The restuarant below which is owned by the hosts was fantastic, the food was amazing. Im fussy, I enjoy a good meal and that was amazing.

Lovely accommodation and clean , spotless ,coffee and tea ,sugar in canisters and milk in the fridge aswell as two small bottles of prosecco and crisps and biscuits as a welcome gift ,from Lorraine the host and plenty of towels everything was perfect had a lovely stay would definitely recommend if your a couple to come for a nice break away friendly staff and not far from portmerion

The flat was excellent, well furnished and spacious and in such a beautiful location! The entrance was a little tricky to find, you have to go all the way around the back of all the buildings, but everything else was perfect and the owner was very nice and helpful.

The flat was perfect everything you needed for self-catering. Interior is high standard and very cosy. Great location every one was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet break. Also try the Highland railway it's inexpensive and great fun.

Great holiday in an exceptional location; immaculate flat with great facilities.

Property located in an easy-to-access spot just outside Porthmadog. Close to local shop, restaurant, pub and post office. The condition of the flat is immaculate and there are plenty of facilities provided. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Route to parking is very narrow. This was stated in the description of the property and you get used to it after two or three drives, so it isn't truly a problem.

The apartment was very well presented and spotlessly clean, everything was new. The owner left a hand written welcome note on the kitchen counter. A nice touch. When we phoned her to ask a few questions she was extremely helpful and friendly, a pleasure to speak to. As bonus she also owns the excellent Y Sgwar restaurant, so good that we ate there on three consecutive nights. All-in-all: outstanding place, excellent value, and a great restaurant as well.

Superb, brilliant location, everything you need on the doorstep, a gem of a find

Fabulous accommodation, fabulous location. The apartment was ideally situated for our walking weekend. We were able to travel by public transport right up to the doorstep, which is a bonus. The scenery is amazing, plenty of walking within the locality. We also used the local buses to explore the beautiful Llyn Peninsula. There were wonderful places to eat in Tremadog, no need for a car. A fish and chip shop as well as restaurants and a pub. There was also a mini supermarket across the road so we could stock up on our breakfast supplies and make our sandwiches for our backpacks. Equally you could walk or take a bus into Porthmadog which is minutes away. Bed was super comfy. Kitchen had everything one needed, including a dishwasher. Excellent shower. Lorraine was a great host and her restaurant serves amazing food. Key collection was super easy. Free parking is a bonus, though we did not need it. If you book this property and want to eat in Y Sgwar I recommend you book a table before travelling to ensure you get a table.

I wouldn't hesitate to return

A superb location, easy access to lots of amazing walks. Some good places to eat nearby. The apartment was lovely, much more spacious than the photos showed and it had everything we needed, plus more.

The only thing that could be improved is the shower hose is attached through a loop on the shower holder - sorry it's not easy to describe. But it meant cleaning my feet after being in the sea was tricky.

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré : Les poêles dans la cuisine, pas vraiment adaptées pour une cuisson sur une plaque à induction. C'est le seul petit "défaut".
