Easier to access key box. Instructions for using hob would have been good. Stairs quite difficult with dog (they appeared shallower on the website photo).

Location was perfect, stunning views, good walks and a beach nearby. Very clean and welcoming with tea and cake! Excellent range of equipment and spacious. Good communication with hosts.

The cleaner was still there when we arrived at 4.15pm (we were e-mailed a later check in time and an earlier check out time than we had originally been given after we booked).

1 Ambrose suite.

The self catering facilities were great, everything you could need. The living room and kitchen had a beautiful view over the sea. The apartment was generally clean and bathrooms were immaculate. Dogs were allowed. There was a good WiFi signal and also extras such as umbrellas. There were 2 bathrooms and it was spacious.

The pillows and mattress weren't comfortable and because of the mattress topper the sheet kept on unravelling on the corners so we were having to wrestle with the double bed every morning, the step up to the en-suite took a bit of getting used to as the door was in its original position, the child's bed mattress kept slipping down as the slats weren't fixed in place so the pillows were disappearing down into the void. The kitchen sink handle was dirty so had to be cleaned before we used it and the bath panel had clearly previously been attempted to be fixed so was loose, this also had to be wrangled back into place after being pushed in. Every time you walked into the living room the floor cracked as the join was loose. There were a lot of steps up to the apartment and as I have a disability this became a chore. I did not think the fee reflected the apartment.
