It was a very nice property. The apartment had all it needed. You had coffee, tea and even cocoa for the kids. One thing in particular that was different from all others: the heat was turned on when we arrived (we traveled in January and it was quite cold).

- Very big apartment, clean, with 3 beds - The kitchen is OK , it's equipped with a stove - Nice tv - Interesting toys in the apartment for the kids - There are a few fitness machines you can use inside the apartment which is interesting - The temperature is not too hot because the apartment is in semi-basement

We were a group of 4 friends. Stayed 1 night as a halfway place to rest on our trip, so we naturally opted for the cheapest option that fit our criteria (3 separate beds). It exceded our expectations. The place is extremely clean, with great facilities, comfortable beds and responsive owner. The living room is very spacious and tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well furnished. Very well suited for groups and families with or without children.

Everything was OK with the property - devices, cutlery, comfortable beds. Clean, well arranged. The hostess was very kind and helpful. We had active correspondence immediately after reservation made, Thank you so much, Kiki for cooperation!!! We recommend this flat!

The property is comparatively close to a road, so it might be a slight inconvenience for lightsleepers. Some of us used earplugs and had no problem.

Great for families.

Cozy, plenty of room for a family with 2 kids. Didn't need all facilities but they were in good condition. Serres is also a quiet little town, perfect for a short stay. Lots of tavernas, cafes and bars downtown (30 mins walk from Puzzle Sweet Home). Some beautiful churches are also worth checking.

Some stray dogs and cats in the neighborhood but they seemed friendly.

Great appartment in a quiet neighbourhood, with an excellent staff! We have stayed for one night (family with two kids) on our way to the Greek Islands, and the appartment was just what we needed. I highly recommend it!

Προσπαθώ να βρω λέξεις να εκφράσω τον ενθουσιασμό μου αλλά δεν βρίσκω, είναι απίστευτα οργανωμένο το διαμέρισμα, μείναμε πενταμελής οικογένεια και πραγματικά δεν λείπει τίποτα, έχει μέχρι και όργανα γυμναστικής. Πρώτο και κύριο είναι ότι είναι πεντακάθαρο δεν έχω να πω κάτι αρνητικό αξίζει 1000 αστέρια, ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ και ευχόμαστε να είναι πάντα γεμάτο! 🥰

Μείναμε δύο μέρες και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική, φρόντισε να έχουμε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Η παραλαβή των κλειδιών ήταν εύκολη, η τοποθεσία βολική και υπήρχε άνετο πάρκινγκ. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, περιποιημένο, με άνετα κρεβάτια, εξαιρετικό κλιματισμό και δυνατό δωρεάν Wi-Fi. Θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα ξανά!
