Perfect property for a family get together over Christmas.

Exceptionally well equipped dining-kitchen which was perfect for a family get together over Christmas. Very comfortable bedrooms and lounge. Perfect location in the centre of town but very quiet.

A couple of internal doors don’t close properly (downstairs toilet and downstairs snug), and attic bathroom could do with redecorating.

Lovely stay with family in a central position for Oakham

Location was great. First floor drawing was lovely and light and nicely decorated. Lovey thick curtains throughout.

Mattresses in the twin beds were uncomfortable. Single room quite basic. Only parking for one car.

We really enjoyed the stay here. A lovely home in a lovely town, with Rutland water nearby.

It was lovely and spacious, with lots of cooking bits already there, like glasses, pans, plates etc. Generally the home had a really lovely vibe, we had a great stay there. Lovely area too with some really nice bars and restaurants.

For a house of 9 people, it might be good to have a second key. Also the downstairs toilet we found would keep flushing until you tap the button again, and the door doesn't close properly.

Lovely house, great location, and will book again next year.

The location was great! It was a very short walk to anywhere in town and even to the football pitch where we were attending a football tournament with our kids. We really appreciated having a washer AND dryer- that was huge for our family. Each level has a bathroom and the house was nicely decorated. The property managers were super helpful and we’re always available to assist with any questions.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property.

Beautiful, convenient location in comfortable and well-equipped house, but a few inconveniences.

The furnishings and decor. Roomy kitchen with big table to eat round. Having a toilet on each floor.

Fridge not as cold as expected. Window in top twin bedroom didn’t shut properly and was draughty. No dvd player as promised. Getting locked in the bathroom (bolt broke)
