Die Lage und die Wohnung war sehr groß. Ein sehr ruhiges Haus und Nette Vermieter.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit großer Dachterrasse, die wir leider aufgrund von Regenwetter nicht nutzen konnten. Tolle Lage im ruhigen Teil von Norderney, Edeka und Bäcker 5 Minuten entfernt, der Strand ca. 8 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist nur über eine lange Treppe zu erreichen, nichts für Gehbehinderte.

Uns hat der schöne Balkon gefallen, auf dem wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt haben und die Lage, die nicht weit von der Promenade und dem Festival entfernt war. Außerdem waren die Vermieter super freundlich und alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Die Betten waren etwas durchgelegen und der Duschkopf konnte nicht auf einer Höhe eingestellt werden - das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau und wäre kein Grund für uns, nicht noch einmal wiederzukommen.

Liegt östlich im Wohngebiet nahe Strand. Zum Zentrum kann man durchaus gehen , würde aber Fahrad empfehlen. Die Dachterasse bietet Nachmittags- und Abendsonne. Die Einrichtung ist wertig und in gutem Zustand.

Leider waren die Liegen, Tisch und Stühle und auf der Dachterasse nicht im besten Zustand
