Overall it was a good stay but such minor discrepincies give certain bitter aftertaste.

It was quite close to the lake and had a parking place

The host should have informed us that the property had neither soap nor toilet paper. Also he sent us the code which didn’t work so we tried to open the locker and stayed trying for a while, then I called him and he didn’t bother to reply and finally he informed me that he changed the code but actually forgot to send it to me.

A great apartment with some annoying issues

Large apartment, with on site parking. Well equipped kitchen

Who on earth lets out an apartment and doesn’t provide toilet paper? There was also no bag in the kitchen bin. This is unacceptable. Fortunately I had read previous comments, and brought toilet paper with me. I left a virtually full roll on departure, as well as a new bin bag. Towels were clean, but clearly old. We were unable to access the recycling bins. There is only one bathroom and toilet, which might be an issue for groups and families. These issues combined made the visit a bit disappointing.

The appartement is exactly as shown on the pictures. It is bright, clean, well furnished, very modern, high tech. It is a short walk to the main touristic areas, parking is free. The host was easy to reach. I will definitely recommend this place. I will book again without any hesitation.

Nothing to complain about. I just had a little trouble finding the key box despite all the pictures and directions sent by the host. But We did a video call and I was able to easily locate every thing. This does not take anything away from the positive reviews mentioned above

Great week in a spacious apartment

Great apartment in good location for the beach. About 25 minute walk to Annecy centre. Very spacious.

It would have been good to have some basic supplies left such as bin bags, toilet paper and soap. We’ve left what we bought so it hopefully will be available for the next guests. It’s not very sustainable to buy and then throw away. We would have appreciated a fan to help cool the apartment in the warm weather.

Nice apartment and a wonderful city

The location was really nice and we had a beautiful time there. It was really clean and we had quite a lot of space. The kitchen was good equipped as well.

There wasn't any toilet paper, so that would have been nice, but it wasn't a problem, because a supermarket is quite close. Other than that it was really well equipped.

Great place for our short stay in beautiful Annecy

Very nicely fitted out, comfortable and very warm on a cold winters weekend. Also not many places with off street parking in the city so good find.

Under floor heating a bit too much at night when trying to sleep, but most will see as a positive!

Možnost vyzvednout si klíče ve schránce - je tak možné přijet i během noci, když je cestou problém. Vybavení moderní, všechno fajn. Komunikace s hostitelem nemá chybu.

Coup de cœur

Un vrai coup de cœur pour ce superbe appartement ! Spacieux, lumineux. Joliment décoré et aménagé. Literie confortable. La place de parking est un vrai plus.

Pas de papier toilette, pas de sac poubelle ( heureusement intermarché 400m à pied au bout de la rue) . Lave vaisselle non vidé. Mais globalement ce sont des tout petits désagréments.

Immeuble un peu vieillot mais appartement très bien refait Bien situé Parlking ok

Comme décrit par certains PAS DE PAPIER TOILETTE... Un peu hallucinant On a laissé le notre pour les suivants :) ... Qq désagréments dans le même style : Une odeur de tabac froid Bruit des canalisations de chauffage continuel Fond de liquide vaisselle, fond de savon, pas de pastille pour le lave vaisselle...

Assenza di tende, divani sporchi, pochissimo materiale quale carta igienica(1/2 rotolo), neanche un biscotto o una cialda di caffè. Neanche un pacchettino di cortesia o di benvenuto. Sorvolando il fatto che le chiavi bisogna andarle a prendere in una cassetta nascosta in un angolo sperduto.

o apartamento é bacana, a cozinha é linda. o apartamento é espaçoso e bem localizado.

o apartamento é grande, mas os moveis estão colocados de uma forma que não dá pra abrir a porta da varanda, e estava muito quente. faltou ventilador no quarto. estava escrito que eram 3 quartos mas um deles estava trancado, então não eram 3 quartos.. mas 2. as camas e roupas de cama poderiam ser melhores. e tinha muita sujeira embaixo dos moveis da sala.

Schöne und geräumige Wohnung - unsichtbarer Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig für fünf Personen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet. Alles war reichlich vorhanden. Die Bilder entsprechen den Angaben. Man kann sowohl die Altstadt als auch den See gut zu Fuß erreichen. Supermarkt und weitere Geschäfte liegen nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und sicher. Die „Schlüsselübergabe“ ähnelte ein wenig einer Schnitzeljagd, war aber letzten Endes problemlos.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief nur über die App - eine Mail blieb unbeantwortet. Der Parkplatz war an einem Abend voll, an der Straße findet man aber leicht eine Abstellmöglichkeit. Das Klappbett ist für Erwachsene nicht zu empfehlen.

L'appartement était mieux que ce qu'on espérait. Très spacieux et lumineux il est vraiment agréable. Les deux chambres sont très confortables. Petit bémol sur le confort du canapé. Le balcon est très appréciable. Il est situé sur un quartier calme. Le parking fermé est appréciable. Nous avons trouvés une place a chaque fois Rien a redire je conseille vivement ce bel appartement
