La ubicación es excelente, estas a 5 min del centro. El alojamiento está muy muy muy bien, la realidad es mejor que las fotos. Todo muy limpio y cuidado al milímetro, la decoración, los utensilios, el jabón de lavanda y las toallas, la cama muy grande, todo perfecto, se nota que es un apartamento que esta cuidado. La anfitriona nos dió todas las facilidades, muy detallista y atenta. Muy muy bien, lo recomiendo al 100%. Y para dejar el coche en frente hay una zona de parking gratuito.

El apartemento está perfecto. Limpio y amplio. La cama es cómoda y tiene de todo para pasar unos días. Está bien localizado en la zona de Rossio-Beira mar pero en un zona tranquila frente al canal.

Todo bien, pese a estar al lado de un bar no hubo mucho ruido.

Todo! Apartamento bien situado, súper bonito, muy cómodo y acogedor.

Es perfecto, pero se debe saber que justo al lado, pared con pared, hay un local de copas, con el ruido y la gente que ello conlleva. A mi no me molestó, pero…

Attention and care provided by the manager. The flat is cosy and offers all amenities you may need for a comfortable stay. The location related to the town centre is ideal.

The flat shares walls with a bar, that closes at 4am but keeps active till sunrise. Unfortunately, there is a bar just next door, that opens late evening and keep going through the night. Officially it should close at 4am but, people stay in the street drinking and chating loudly in front of the flat and, the flat windows. Also, there is a ventitaltion trap in the Kitchen that acts like a microphone, channeling all and any sounds into the house. Traveling with a toddler made the incovenience more difficult, keeping her awake throughout the night. Its a pitty that Aveiro Council would even allow a bar license in a residential area. The bar customers also, did not show any consideration or concern for their behaviour, which inluded leaving dozens of glass blottles scattered along the street and the flat windows.
