El apartamento está situado en plena plaza de Aveiro, junto a los canales. Esto tiene ventajas pero también inconvenientes.
El anfitrión, a nuestra llegada, aún se encontraba limpiando. Nos dejó un par de juegos de sábanas aún pendiente de que se secaran, colgadas en un tendedero. Se le olvidó limpiar los fuegos de la cocina, cosa por la que después se disculpó. El cuarto de baño tenía una luz mortecina y, como el apartamento en general, necesita una reforma. Por la noche se oía el extractor de un restaurante cercano.
