A great location and a very clean and comfortable property for a family group. We would stay again.

The location on the Blandford Rd was perfect for our requirements. It is on the main road into town and has nearby shops and takeaways. The property was very modern, warm and cosy, due to the underfloor heating with plenty of plates, cups and dishes. The downstairs was very spacious, perfect for our visiting grandson to play with his toys. Having 2 toilets was a bonus for when we had visitors. Parking was directly outside the door. It is convenient for Poole and the surrounds. It was nice and quiet in the property being set back from the main road. The shower was very powerful. The wi-fi was quick with a strong signal and the television easy to use. The hosts were very communicative and checked to see if there were any problems or issues.

The upstairs bathroom lacked a toilet roll holder and the ladies found it tricky to reach behind for the loo roll. The lack of a colander to drain things and a tea pot to make tea required workarounds. The rug in the sitting room could do with some rubber pads to stop it sliding around the floor so easily resulting in falls. The upstairs bathroom could do with a couple of coat hooks on the door to hang clothes when showering. My wife commented that a shelf to take the suitcases off the floor in the bedroom would be nice.

Lovely property in a nice location

The property was lovely. Newly built and decorated and very clean. We had all the facilities we needed and the bed was comfortable and we slept well. The apartment is very spacious with a large second bedroom which we did not use but it had 3 extra beds in there. The property is set back from a busy road but was very quiet. The host was very interactive and answered any queries we had very quickly. I would recommend the apartment and would stay here again.

Confusion about having to pay both Booking.com and Stai for cost and deposit. This made me very uncomfortable. Unusable freezer (reported) as it was iced up.

Very enjoyable stay in a nice proerty

The house was well located for our needs in terms of getting around various parts of the county. Considering it was on a main road it was still quiet and relaxing. The facilities were very good with all needs having been thought through by the owners.

I think to advertise as AMAZING is a little overstated. It was very nice but starting to look a little tired with scuffed/damaged paint work. The carpet was also a little tired. Wardrobes would benefit the property rather than a hanging rail in the main bedroom. It felt like we were camping out. That said we would definitely stay again!

Relaxing, stress free long weekend.

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything you would need. Nice little garden, with picnic bench to sit out on, if you’re lucky to have the sun. Situated rear of another property, so away from main road. Great location not far by car to a lot of surrounding attractions.

Only had one parking space allocated to property, so luckily we had all travelled down in one car. But there were two other properties and they had 4 cars parked, with one parked outside the kitchen window of the property we were staying at.

Perfectly formed, and highly functional, all you want for a family getaway! ❤️

The property is wonderfully decorated with everything you need for your stay to be comfortable and relaxing! The kids loved the spaces, and the back garden was a nice placed to chill with a glass of wine in the evening!

It was a bit further out of town and the main Bournemouth beaches, than we had realised, but this is on us really, as it is clearly marked on the map!

The property was fairly clean, great ambiance, fully equipped, well presented.

Ad seem misleading, the beach was not 5 minutes away. Cobwebs were in the bathroom and over the bed in the room with double bed. Small spiders were in the living area Towels were too small

We had a wonderful time and the comfort of the place provided a home away after a day's outing.

New built well designed layout giving the sense of space indoor. Very clean. Toilet downstairs easy access. Has privacy in the garden and has bench and table to eat in garden.

Excellent property for a family

The house is fantastic - a very good size, modern, with a big kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, garden and parking right in front of the property. For a family of 4, it was ideal. Netflix and sofas are great when the weather is a bit English...

Everything is excellent - to be really fussy, there could be a chest of drawers in the main bedroom, a slightly bigger double bed and maybe a few games in the living room? You do need a car.

We enjoyed our stay at this house and can recommend it

modern clean house in a quite location centrally located to all the attractions and supermarkets, having a car for transport is essential, not suitable if you are using public transport. The was comfortable for us 4 adults, plenty of coffee and tea. Having Netflix was useful as there was nothing worth watching on TV.

some rubbish strewn in the garden, had all the utensils in the kitchen apart from a cheese grater but managed ok. there was no mop or cloth for wiping the floor or table and only one tea towel. we had an almighty downpour when packing the car and water was coming in whenever we opened the door. The traffic around school closing time and after is bad like everywhere else, didn't think of this being on holiday this time of the year.

In simple words, was just perfect and comfortable and brought happy vibes.

Location was perfect, the size of the house was just perfect for us. I loved how clean and new it was.

One slight issue was that the shower head came out of it's place, maybe it was not put together properly. It was loose. Just need slight fixing. Also side note! didn't like the cow picture! hehe :D

Clean, modern, comfortable and spacious property which the owners have completed to a high standard. Well situated to access Poole and the surrounding areas.

Would have preferred a king size bed and the kitchen could benefit from a few more utensils.
