The place is fantastic, well placed for everything and had everything you could need.

would have benefited from a tea towel and a bath mat, but very small considerations

we loved everything about this place! it had everything we needed. we stayed here for a adults weekend away for st Patrick’s day. I could have easily have stayed here for a fortnight. it was a real home away from home. It was so clean. We had treats on the table when we arrived. coffee pods for the coffee machine. Board games, Amazon Tv Netflix, loads of extra blankets, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, cleaning supplies, even salt and pepper! I could go on. The rooms are big. lovely patio area with seating. I will be retuning with our children. we are a family of 6 and have a caravan only 10 mins away from filey but I’d easily come here than the caravan. it was so nice. thanks again for opening your holiday home to us.

I really had to dig deep for something to come up with so here goes, darker curtains to block out the light in a morning. But…. I generally am not a morning person, so seagulls and light, not much chance of a lye in which I would have liked.
