Very friendly host with lot of amenities included like good coffee, snacks, drinks. Very clean and tidy, these people are making effort to make your stay pleasant and they are always ready to help! Meant a lot having a good AC under the heat. Mattress and the pillows are great for rest. Around the property is green area which makes the stay even better!

Tutto meraviglioso! Dall'accoglienza, ogni dettaglio della casa, alla vicinanza al centro con i mezzi, fino alla partenza in cui i proprietari ci hanno addirittura dato un pensierino

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Casa di Gemma!. Le gérant est disponible est d’une grande gentillesse, tout était propre est équipé de tout le nécessaire. Petit plus pour le coin thé et café, des friandises à disposition 24/7. Serviettes propres ,chaussons, produits de toilette, parapluie … etc plein de petits détails qui rendent le séjour plus confortable. L’arrêt du bus pour aller au centre juste en face, et une pizzeria au coin de la rue à 2mn à pied. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir à Casa di Gemma lors de notre prochaine visite à Bologne.

Siamo state accolte con calore e disponibilità, la struttura è molto pulita, curata e ben tenuta. Letto comodo e ambiente molto silenzioso. La struttura non è collocata in centro, ma è ben collegata con il bus.

Certamente è meglio avere il bagno ad uso esclusivo, ma sapevamo che era così e abbiamo comunque trovato persone educate con le quali non è stato difficile condividere questo spazio.
