Lovely accommodation in the outskirt of Bologna.

Lovely prepared accommodation a bit outside from the center, but easily to access with public transport. Its close to green areas. The room was spacious and clean and the shared bathroom also very clean! Coffee and tea available as mentioned and the owners are super friendly, helpful and available when needed. Recommendable stay in a rather homely environment.

Shared Bathroom, which I saw only after paying the reservation, from my point of view not clearly specified in the description. Also there was an additional payment at the property for the city tax, 4.2€/person/night, which was not specified.

friendly cat, beautiful garden, quiet, helpful hosts, clean, warm bathroom, the way the building is structured made me feel safe (self-locking front door, elevated ground floor).

-not too much place to have something to eat - the shared bathroom which slightly amplified the usual feeling of unfamiliarity, but was otherwise good - mediocre public transport connection

The property is a detach house, located in a residential area, about 25’ away from old town. Breakfast: There is a small corridor, equipped with a kettle, a small refrigerator and a coffee machine. It is a ser-service breakfast. Biscuits, pastries (not fresh baked) offered for breakfast, along with capsule coffee, tea and infusions. All enough for a light breakfast to start the day. My room had a balcony facing the little garden, what was very nice. The owners offered also a bike rental service which is very cool. Unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to use it. It’s a nice place to stay if you don’t demand accommodation in the old town.

Location is okay but be aware you will have to take public transport (bus) to go into town. Otherwise, it is a long walk. I didn't’ miss any thing in particular. As a traveler I spent most of the time out visiting the city. Dreaming to improve the accommodation, well would be a plus have a kitchen but does not possible.

Friendly and warm place for a short stay.

The room was spacious and everything was perfectly clean. There is a pretty decorated garden outside where Emy (the cat in photos) accompanies you while you enjoy your drink or smoke. The host (Simone) is a very warm and helpful person who describes all your needs and gives suggestions for the restaurants and facilities around. Although the breakfast is not included, there is always some cake, biscuits, coffee, tea, water and cold latte. Bus station is very close and you can use number 13 to go to the old center. It passes every 5 mins until 1 am from the center.

Our room was number 2 which was next to the bathroom, so when somebody uses the bathroom, you hear a loud water noise in addition door opening and closing. Sometimes it is annoying to wait for other people to use the toilet or shower.

Cosy place in Bologna

I liked very much the free coffee, the bathroom, the outdoor space, the terrasse and the host. Nice resturants very close to House. Very easy to take the bus. Also easy to go to nearby forrest.

I have No dislikes to this place. I would choose this again if I go to Bologna. The city center is too warm and crowed for me.

Very good

They were very accommodating with our late night arrival. Our flight had 3 hour delay but there was no problem with checking in. The location is nice and quite and the room was clean and suprisingly spacious. There was cold bottled water available to take which we very much appreciated.

The busses after 1 AM did no go to our bus stop nor to any other in our location (not sure if the public transport is just not available during night in Bologna or if it was just this location) so make sure to check the time of the last one as the hotel is not in walking distance from the center.

Exceptional

Everything was great! The room was very clean and comfortable, while the area quiet and well connected with a city center. Huge advantage is that, the room was also equipped in all what needed, with a nice gifts as hot coffee or tea. The owner is a very kind and a welcoming person, it was not a problem at all to greet us and enable check-in during late evening hours(11-12pm.). We would visit Bologna once again, and for sure we would stay a Casa di Gemma!

Amazing Bologna Home

Every single space and stuff are new, clean and made for this purpose. Excellent wifi. Coffee, tea and special biscuits in the room made by Carlota. A really special garden to breakfast, drink some wine and talks. A very nice dark room to get some rest after a long trip. Amazing place. We are loving being here.

Sehr fürsorgliche Gastgeber, Preis und Leistung stimmen perfekt!

Das Angebot ist ja ohne Frühstück, aber Tee, Kaffee Mineralwasser und kleine Muffins u.ä. stehen immer bereit, und generell sind die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Der Bus in die Innenstadt geht 100 m über die Straße sehr oft weg - also kann man sehr angenehm Sightseeing betreiben und sein Auto stehen lassen.

Gastvrij in rustige omgeving met voldoende voorzieningen in de buurt

Het warme welkom van Simone. Ik voelde me gelijk thuis, vooral omdat het pension naar mij is vernoemd 😀 Ruime kamer met basis voorzieningen. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt waar vooral locals komen. Ik had een fiets gehuurd maar de bus en trein liggen op zeer korte afstand.

Gute und preiswerte Unterkunft etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum

Es war sauber, es gab Snacks und Wasser, und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.

Die Lage war ein wenig außerhalb. Wir hatten das Pech, dass genau an dem Wochenende gestreikt wurde, weshalb die Anreise mit dem Bus ein wenig abenteuerlich war. Dafür kann aber natürlich der Gastgeber nichts.
