The room itself was recently renovated and modern. There was plenty of light in the subfloor unit through the back door and window. The unit is within a sea front building. Lovely for walks out to the lighthouse or along the boardwalk.

1.Parking, wasn't easy. Our unit 2 spot was taken and the one we parked in, my husband got a mouthful from the owner before we could get it sorted. The bollard was supposed to be locked, but there is no lock and the board was down. Unit 1 and 2 are hired from the Rooker Hotel next door. Parking needs to be better organised. We didn't go out for a drive in case we lost our spot again. 2. The internal stairs are deep and narrow down to the sub floor unit. This information is not on the prebooking. It isn't easy with luggage to navigate and is a falls risk. The host has given a indication this would be looked at updating. 3. The bedroom sheets when we were getting into bed didn't appear cleaned an fresh. There was a stain 2x2inch on the middle of the bottom sheet. The top doona sheet looked dirty and makeup soiled. The host didn't offer to arrange a new sheet set during our stay. 4. Milk: bring your own as no fridged or sachet milk. It was a bad experience for us. There is no nearby store we could find for supplies. We booked for 2 nights, but only stayed one. :(
