Clean and affordable

The water was shut off for four hours for maintenance, no parking whatsoever

1. convenient location - 15-20 min walk to Pike Place, and 10 min walk to the (nearest) Westlake station but 5-7 min walk to the Seattle Convention Ctr 2. functional kitchen with pots and pans, silverware and basic necessities - salt, oil, sugar,... 3. The standing fan was non-functional and it was a really hot day! The host was very responsive and within 3-4 hrs, delivered a new fan. Without the fan, we wouldn't have been able to get through the night. 4. Comfort -- There was an air purifier unit in the living room, a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, and a couple small personal table fans in the apartment. 5. Bathroom was well-stocked. 6. Sofa bed was easy to set up and comfortable. 7. Lots of natural light and window curtains are room darkening. 8. Street has pay by the hour parking facilities as well as a short time free loading/unloading zone.

1. Bed frame (larger than the mattress) is big tripping hazard (see - attached photo - tripped every single night). 2. Very few hangers for clothes 3. Needs some upkeep since the closet door is off its rails. 4. Apartment is on 11th floor with tall almost ceiling to adult's thigh level windows BUT ... none of the windows have a screen. So opening these windows for fresh air/ventilation would be a safety concern with little children. 5. Lots of traffic noise if windows are open. Not otherwise.

Great place, near to the conference I visited.

Das Gebäude ist schon etwas älter. Wohnung ist eher neuer, renovierter. Viele Appartement im Haus. In der Küche hat es alles was man braucht. Kaffemaschine (Filter) und Toaster vorhanden. Sehr grosser Kühlschrank. Grosses bequemes Kingsize Bett. Ausziehbett sehr bequem. Gute zentrale Lage. Vieles in Gehdistanz..

Etwas laut, da über einem Tunnel-Verkehrsachse. Strassenlärm auch nachts hörbar.
