อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำเก่าโดยเฉพาะฝานั่งรองจนทำให้ห้องน้ำดูเก่าไปด้วย อุปกรณ์ในห้องครัวมีน้อยเกินไป เช่น ช้อน ถ้วยกาแฟมีรอยร้าว ไม่ควรนำมาใช้ ส่วนอื่นๆในครัวดีมาก เจ้าของห้องมีเตรียม กาแฟ น้ำตาล นม ขนมขบเคี้ยวให้ด้วย

Great location; easy to check in and helpful; modern apartment with plenty of kitchen stuff for cooking, etc.
During summer, you could offer another AC unit in the living room, or at least a stronger fan that works. The bedroom bedside lamps didn't work- maybe they needed new lightbulbs?
