Eclectic Downtown & Cap Hill King bed & Kitchen

1. convenient location - walk to Pike Place, (nearest) Westlake station and the Seattle Convention Ctr 2.  Bathroom was well stocked. Functional kitchen with post and pans, silverware and basic necessities - salt, oil, sugar,... 3. Comfort --  There was a portable air conditioner in the living room, and a portable standing fan in the bedroom. 4. Sofa bed was easy to set up and comfortable. 5. Lots of natural light and window curtains are room darkening. 6. Street has pay by the hour parking facilities as well as a short time free loading/unloading zone.  7. laundry on 2nd floor - first wash/dryer use was free with app :-)

1. Sofa bed cover sheet was too tight and very difficult to get on - were afraid that it might rip. 2. Apartment is on the 10th floor with tall windows but none of the windows have a screen. So opening the windows for fresh air/ventilation would be a safety hazard for little children. 3. Portable air conditioner unit was leaking hot air in the room and hence not very efficient. 4. Traffic noise if windows are open. Not otherwise.

Nette Wohnung in praktischer Lage. Gute Ausstattung.

Check-in mit Code für die Tür hat nicht gut geklappt, vermutlich kam die SMS am deutschen Handy nicht an. Die Gastgeber haben allerdings prompt auf telefonische Nachfrage gut reagiert. Insgesamt alles etwas bürokratisch, z.B. der checkout mit Beweisfotos für die zurückgelassenen Wohnungsschlüssel. Typisch für Unterkünfte, die von Remote betreut werden, nicht so mein Favorit.
