This condo is located just below Capitol Hill and the Space Needle and in close proximity to Pike Place Market, making it a desirable location indeed.
The Space:
Inside, enjoy relaxing on the sofa and catching up on your favorite TV shows. When you get hungry, the kitchen has all the necessary appliances for whipping up a tasty meal. Dine together at the dinner table fit for four. At night, rest your head in one of two bedrooms, each of which includes a TV.

The Elektra building features a boiler heating system typical of older buildings. While it provides warmth during your stay, you may experience some noise as it operates. Location was fabulous!
For 4 or more more guests, better living room and dining furniture is needed.
Portable A/C was hard to use.
Didn't find a thermostat for heat.
1 bedroom ceiling fan and light were broken.
There was coffee, but no creamer or sweetener.

The place itself was nice but we found clothing under the couch and the hallways were kind of gross. Other than that it was pretty clean and very convenient location. We walked to everything.

Great location if attending a conference @ the convention center. Clean. Kitchen well stocked with pots and utensils, but would have appreciated a bit of coffee and creamer on arrival. Somewhat difficult to coordinate separate arrivals and last minute communications.
