Good location and facilities
Washing up in the sink and empty beer cans. Not sure if towels were changed as they were damp. Bin not emptied

Really great location and was easy to get access. Parking wasn't an issue as was easy to park nearby to unload the car. The bed was really comfy and we had everything we needed. Was really quiet location but near to everything.
The only thing missing for us was a full length mirror in the bedroom for when we were getting ready and maybe some hooks for towels in the bathroom / bedroom would have been useful :-)

The value for money was good. Central position. Reasonably comfortable bed
Parking was difficult, with timed parking at front of building making it impossible to leave the car for longer than 1 hour. The entrance to the property was at the rear of the building at a bus stop on a busy street and I did not feel the property was as clean as it could be.
