It is a lovely place, quiet area,a present walk to the shops beach, we parked our car and did not use it for 5 days,garage very handy for my husbands mobility scooter, great little space out the back for the dog to have a quick 23.00hrs we we.Also a handy down stairs loo.I used the washing machine and the ironing board 4th time there fully recommend. Thanks 😊

Having to go home,spectacular weather

Portside was clean & bright in a quiet place close to shops, restaurants & 10 mins from Weymouth centre.

Parking not great for large cars , very tight. Both of the toilets had loose seats & the on suite toilet's flush button was stuck down tho it did flush in a fashion. The heating has a mind of its own & only decided to warm the radiators 3 days before i was due to leave tho didn't really need it . Last of all was the lack of storage for clothes in the bedroom , just a few coat hangers in the alcove & a three drawer chest.

We like the location ,nice quiet, very well equipped, third time we have stayed, did not use the car,parking space private, short walk to front,love it.

It is not a problem but I do recommend eye masks as the beautiful mornings light up the room.

The property was very clean, well presented and quiet. The bath was a nice touch. And the location was perfect for us. We would recommend to friends and would also book again

The signal for the freeview tv wasn’t very good, it might be worth investing in a firestick or smart tv so guests can login to steaming services on rainy days. We purchased our own firestick for some entertainment, I was hospitalised on the Monday so spent the rest of our stay in front of the tv and I’m so glad we brought the firestick otherwise I would have lost my mind lol. One or two coffee pods for the speciality coffee machine would have been nice, I know it’s self catering but I think having a feature like that should come with at least a few supplies. Especially as pods aren’t always easy to find in shops and are fairly pricey. When we arrived the parking space was being used, didn’t know we couldn’t park in the car park next door until unpacking and reading the guest info book. Moved the car onto street parking which is fine but as someone with limited mobility the walking distance wasn’t great, the parking factor was what influenced our booking initially over other properties. We did manage to get use of the parking spot from the Saturday luckily.
