Holiday gagliani

The location is excellent, right in the city centre, making it easy to get around. The accommodation was decent overall, and the cleanliness was satisfactory.

Communication with the host and the check-in process were disappointing. She promised to send us some restaurant recommendations but never did. When we arrived, she kept repeating that we should send photos of our passports instead of explaining how to access the apartment. We eventually received instructions on how to find the key, but the room wasn’t ready, so we had to wait for the host to bring clean bed linen and towels. One of the pillows had a visible yellow stain showing through the pillowcase. Even if the pillow was clean, the stain was unpleasant to see. The apartment is very dark, as all the windows face internal courtyards, and the artificial lighting is inadequate, especially in the bathroom. It was difficult to even apply makeup properly without checking it again once outside. Although the photos on Booking.com are genuine, the apartment feels less appealing in reality than we expected. Please also note that there is no lift or iron.

No habia cafetera. Tampoco ascensor
