Чистота, порядок, гостеприимство. Наш рейс задержали и мы прилетели поздней ночью, нас гостеприимно приняли и заселили в 2 часа ночи. По просьбе предоставили утюг и угостили арбузом )

Прежде всего хочу поблагодарить Араика за теплый прием, за приятные беседы по вечерам, за вкусный кофе) Апартаменты в отличном состоянии, чисто, уютно, все работает исправно, никаких посторонних запахов. Машину парковали на улице рядом с апартами. Апартаменты расположены в тихом районе в небольшом частном секторе. В пяти минутах ходьбы есть супермаркет с обменным пунктом и хорошим курсом обмена (рубли на драмы). Также в пешей доступности многие достопримечательности Еревана (Вернисаж, Каскад и др.) С удовольствием бы вернулся сюда.

Good location close to the city centre, beautiful apartment.

* Every morning, I had problems with the WiFi. So, if you need internet specifically in the mornings, I advise buying a local SIM card. During the day and in the evenings had no issues. * Every morning very bad smell was coming in the apartment from the bathroom ventilation. * The cup and spoon were dirty when arriving at the apartment. It would be nice to have clean dishes. * Terrible owner attitude. I booked the apartment ~1 month in advance. The owner wanted to cancel it less than 24 hours before check-in to extend someone else's stay. My friend told him that he and all of his friends would write a bad review if he did so, so he got afraid and let me stay after several back-and-forth calls. So just in case you plan to stay there, I advise having some backup option in mind just in case the owner cancels at the last moment. * Before arrival, I confirmed with the owner that I would be able to pay for the apartment in euros, but when I arrived, he changed his mind and wanted me to exchange the money and pay in Armenian drams. My friend argued again that he said before that it’s fine to pay in euros, and after some time owner accepted the money. Overall very bad experience, unacceptable attitude from the owner.
