Having an apartment in a very touristy ($$) place is an advantage if you don’t want to eat out (and don’t mind cooking/snacking).
Clean apartment, free parking, most kitchen things are there (2-pan stove), inside area can be kept cool during the day. The washing machine!! big plus!
reasonably close to supermarkets.
As most activities revolve around the beach/water, it would be good to have a drying rack for clothes.
The bed was very simplistic and saggy (now I happen to sleep better on these kind of beds, but some might not like it). I did struggle to sit comfortable for a longer period of time on the sofa or any of the chairs indoors and outdoors.

Gute ruhige Lage mit Balkon im Zitronenbaum und Parkplatz auf der Straße vor der Wohnung
Man kann alles ganz gut zu Fuß erreichen
Die Betten waren durch gelegen, die Küche war sehr knapp eingerichtet, es gab kein Kissen, auf die man sich setzen konnte,
Zudem musste ich noch einen zusätzlichen Mietvertrag unterschreiben(stand aber auch schon vorher in der Beschreibung)
