The house of 80 m2 plus veranda (20 m2) overlooking the garden is very beautiful and comfortable, completely renovated and furnished with new furniture, large, beautiful and bright kitchen, living room and relaxation area with large window with view. It is located in the center of the tourist resort of CALA GONONE in a villa comprising 2 other accommodations. All rooms have windows overlooking the private garden. In the house there are 5 beds in 2 double or twin bedrooms, a very bright relaxation TV area. Large covered and furnished veranda in private garden.
The brand new bathroom is equipped with shower, water heater and washing machine. Another, lovely outdoor shower in the garden with hot water from the solar panel. Finally, the barbecue is always in the garden area. Convenient parking space along the street and in the square in front of the house.
Space in the garden for motorbikes and bicycles.
Second Small bathroom/toilet in a special space in the garden area.
The context and the area of Cala Gonone are unique for their natural beauty, where the transparent sea, the white limestone mountains and the evergreen forests make every corner a true and pure spectacle of nature. In the open air and at sea, under the clear Sardinian sky and among intense scents, you can practice sports and activities in contact with a unique natural environment.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Providing lots of details provided such as flyers and info brochures, toys for kids and books to read even in English as well as his gentle, kind, helpful personality (always ready to give advice, received us with cookies), the owner Vito really makes this a special experience and makes sure you feel at home there. The porch and garden area with the hamoc are lovely and idillic. Cala Gonone is the perfect spot for exploring the breathtaking coves of Cala Fuili Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu etc. up to Cala Goloritze and also northbound along the gulf of Orosei. The boat trip there was among the most touching, unforgettable experiences of my life and I have travelled quite a lot. The colors and purity of the water are unparalleled. The house beach is a bit far, not suitable with small children to walk this far but within 5 minutes of driving. Wifi would make this 100% perfect, but there are cafes with free wifi within 7 mins of walking.
