The apartment is new and very clean and spacious.
It’s located not far from the beach and it has a private parking.
The first night the electricity went off and we were able to restore it only after one hour.
When we left the property the owner contacted us and charged us €30 because we didn’t clean the kitchen, wash the dishes and put outside the rubbish.
To be honest I found it very unfair as in the description is written including cleaning services, I manage myself multiple properties and I have never asked to any of our guest to clean the property or charged them any money.
I write this for the future guests so you will be aware of this policy.
