Our room was spotlessly clean throughout our entire visit, which clearly reflects the seriousness and care with which the property is run. Overall, the entire property was impeccably maintained, with no signs of wear or neglect whatsoever. The service from the staff was excellent, polite, willing, and immediately available for anything we needed, making our stay even more pleasant and comfortable! The location of the property is one of its strongest points, as it is located almost right by the sea, offering quick and easy access to Roda beach. Considering this prime location, the price we paid was extremely competitive, which is rare for accommodation so close to the sea. It's worth mentioning that the €8 per day charge for air conditioning use is clearly stated in the property's description, so there were no unpleasant surprises. Furthermore, we consider this charge entirely reasonable, given today's high energy prices as well as the maintenance costs required to keep the property in such excellent condition.There for i dont understand why people are mention it in other comments like unpleasant surprise.
