Nice

Great location, there was a pool directly opposite that we used most days. Plenty of bars and restaurants. Our room was small but perfect and clean.

Aircon should be included in the price, when you book this on booking.com it doesn't state Aircon payable locally...We had to pay extra money to have this. Also we were asked to pay resort tax but we had already paid this.. ( I emailed booking.com to double check this )

Awesome!

It was clean and well located. It is also surrounded by beautiful flowers! Spiros is a great host who checks in to see if everything is ok. There is a great shop right next door with everything you need and a lovely pool opposite with a bar and very friendly staff.

Pleasant owner, good position even if it is down a lane, and cleaned daily .

Hard beds, tv not working, no air con without paying extra for it, quite small, toaster quite dirty and grill took absolutely AGES to heat up..Didnt get a decent warm shower very often .

Nice stay

First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for their hospitality, positivity, and genuine smile! He was always available and it felt like he could help with any question or concern. The place: it was simple yet pleasant. The kitchenware was sufficient for our needs. Although we would have liked larger mugs, but we didn't ask for them. There was toilet paper and soap. Bottle of water was in refrigerator when we arrived. Towel’s change and cleaning were available every day. The courtyard with roses was beautiful. Despite it being the latter half of June, we didn't feel hot in room and didn't need to use the air conditioner. We even slept under a blanket. Hot water was available, and the wi-fi varied, but overall, it was relatively stable. The sea was within walking distance, and you could enjoy a lovely view at sunrise. I wouldn't describe the sea as the most beautiful; it was nothing extraordinary, to be honest. It was shallow, so it would be great for children. The water had cool currents at the bottom and was warmer on the surface. In Roda, there are many delicious places to eat. We particularly enjoyed a Mexican restaurant! The food was tasty, and the portions were generous. There are buses to Sidari are available, and the bus stop is not far away.

Nice apartments, close to Roda center, parking place available. Clean rooms with balcony. Mosquito net on the windows. Owner was nice and had a lovely dog :) check in and out was easy.

A bit cold in October and humid. There was an issue with the water in the toilet, which could not be immediately fixed, but they tried everything for our comfort. The beds were a bit hard for older people.

We had very happy stay at John Apartments and recommend them highly.

Warm reception from a charming host and family. Simple but nicely decorated apartment in a garden setting. Spotlessly clean with bins emptied daily and bedlinen and towels changed at least three times. Balconies on both sides were ideal for shade or sun as desired. 5-6 minutes walk from the beach or the village centre and best restaurants.

The beds were good quality but we found them a bit hard.

The place was great , very large 2 bedroom, close to the beach and to the main businesses and local restaurants. Spiros is the best host, super nice guy and gave us the best tips ! I would definitely go back and stay at his place longer .

Very clean apartment. Great communication with Spiros. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. A mini market across the corner, and a lovely free pool at the hotel next door.

Perfect “workation” in Greece

Sincerely everything. Very funcional and cost apartment, with everything I needed and more. Mr Spiros and his family were great hosts, always helpful and easy to reach. He kindly upgraded us from a studio to a 2 bedroom apartment free of charge. The extra charge for the A/C (that I didn’t used very often) was very reasonable, I believe €5,00 or so. Overall great experience!

Nothing really… I mean, if I’m reeeeally picky, the Wi-Fi gets kind of slow at the night, but that’s to be expected, as everyone is connecting in the end of the day… and we were able to work just fine…for the price we payed, I sincerely have no complaints, they actually over delivered

The location was perfect. Across is a beautiful hotel where you can use the beds (purchase drinks/foods there), the town is close by as are the beaches. Lovely apartments, furnished tastefully and friendly hosts.

Fresh clean apartment close to everything.

The apartment was spotless clean and had most things needed. Beds were made and fresh towels left every 2 days. Parking was right outside the door. Air conditioning is there if needed. Spiros and his family are very friendly hosts and even gave us a nice gift of local sweets on going home. Location is a short walk to beautiful beach which had fabulous bars and restaurants all gave free sunbeds. I would recommend the Pirate bar. Their breakfast is superb. This apartment is perfect for a couple or small family. There are lots of other beautiful beaches a short drive away.

If I had to be picky, then I would say I found the bed a bit hard and it was tricky to get the water temperature in the shower right. But this didn't put us off. Cleanliness of apartment is more important to me and it was very clean.

We’ll go back next year!

We rent a 40 nm apartment, it was perfect for 3 of us. My 2,5 years old son got a bed, bath, and small chair also. There is a mini market next to the accommodation, the beach and tavernas are just 5 mins by walk. The garden has beautiful flowers. In front of the apartment there is a resort with a pool, and restaurant also. Spiros was amazing, we’ll return next year definitely.

Great choice in Corfú.

Everything was extremely clean and new and gave a feeling of well-being. The apartment is also spacious and quite fresh in the night (there is also a new air-conditioning to pay extra if you want). The bed and the pillows were really comfortable. The owner is so nice and answer to every message after few minutes. He also gave us a present as memory of our stay. The price is definitely too honest for the quality of the place. Parking in front of the apartment.

The loud music coming from the hotel in front of the apartment (it stops anyway at 12 o clock in the night).

Prima, voor een keer.

Het appartement was ruim en goed ingericht. De bedden lagen goed, en het balkon is ruim genoeg om met meerdere personen comfortabel tijd door te brengen.

De gastheer is een aardige man en staat klaar voor z'n gasten. Mij gaf hij alleen wel het gevoel dat ongeacht ik al had betaald voor het appartement hij graag nog meer aan me wilde "verkopen". De airco was niet inclusief de prijs, dit was prima en ik betaal met liefde extra voor airco.. Maar ik voel mij er niet comfortabel bij dat, in ruil voor een 10 sterren review op Booking.com hij me de airco voor (3 dagen) voor een betere prijs zou geven.. Vervolgens wordt ik er tot 2x toe aan herinnerd "To not forget about our deal" .. De rest van het verblijf was prettig. Al is de badkamer (douche) echt toe aan een opknapbeurt. Met al het geld dat hij kennelijk aan de airco's verdiend kan hij prima nieuwe douchekoppen en nieuwe douche matjes neerleggen. De straal was ontzettend onprettig en de temperatuur vloog constant alle kanten op. Op de verkoop tactieken en de douche na is het verder allemaal prima. Zeker de moeite waard om de appartementen te bekijken. Houdt er wel rekening mee dat het ontzettend lawaaiig is op deze locatie, dag en nacht.
