An excellent place. We visited during a heatwave, yet the apartment remained cool and pleasant throughout. The unit is small but has everything you need: a full kitchen for cooking, a clean bathroom, tables both inside and out in the courtyard, and a comfortable bed. It was clean. The courtyard is always quiet and cool. You can swim in the river, as there is access to the water. A wonderful, cozy spot—I will definitely be back!
When I asked for an extra bed, the housekeeper forgot about it, and I had to call again the next day.

Great location easy access to shops and underground station. Near central Vienna. Very quiet and helpful staff
As it wasn’t our fist choice to stay but has been last minute changed due to unavailability of our original place. The apartment on 5th floor with no lift and no light along the corridor. Its smell of cigarette throughout the corridor. Toilet look dirty with stain visible to see. TV wasn’t working with no signal and no English Channel. But it was comfortable and convenient

Gute und ruhige Lage an der Alten Donau.
Appartment sehr klein, max. für 1 Person geeignet, alles ziemlich vollgeräumt mit Möbel. Bad klein.
