Our internet didnt work despite having a selection of telcel and moviestar. A local hotel allowed us access to wifi and we contacted the agent in that way at the site .
The agent was waiting inside the apartment as it happened . I have suggested that guests could meet at an appointed time either at the gate or in one of the hotels

Jessica met us at the property, showed us everything, was super friendly. Dedicated parking spot, can walk to loads of shops and cafes. Absolutely loved the plunge pool on the upper level. Location is perfect!!
Floors could have been cleaner especially under the beds, a medium patch of mold in the big bathroom shower up toward the ceiling. Also, there were new, inexpensive towels that should have been washed before using, loads of lint when drying off. Minor details, still awesome stay and the hosts were spectacular!!!
