The staff is always on call and the location is very conveniently located to mini and major supermarkets for those wanting to walk everywhere. AC units work well Balcony is nice

The unit shows its age. The furniture is flimsy and very worn out. The linens are stained and the outdoor furniture is cracking due to weathering. The jacuzzi was very dirty when we arrived and not functioning. It's more of a plunge pool. The hammock broke as soon as we used it the first day. They immediately repaired it, to be fair. The kitchen has all the basic necessities, well worn out but in working conditions. We had to remove the rugs from dinning room and living room because they were stained and rolled up in the corners enough that they were a tripping hazard. Kids used the pool once. There is no parking for the complex, so if you're driving a rental, you'll be parking in the street. The maintenance staff was on call everyday. checking in. When we asked for clean linens we were charged 25 USD for clean towels and linens.
