Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, geeignet für bis zu 4 Personen. Neben den Klimageräten gibt es auch in jedem Zimmer einen Deckenventilator. Sehr bequeme Betten und grosse Duschen.
Pool auf dem Dach reicht zum Erfrischen wenn man einmal nicht zu einer Cenote oder dem Strand will.
kein privater Parkplatz vorhanden, Fahrzeug stand auf der Strasse vor dem Gebäude (trotzdem sicher).
Beim Aussenpool war eine der drei Glasscheiben zum Nachbargrundstück locker, wir haben den Gastgeber direkt darauf hingewiesen gehabt.
Im Kühlschrank war der Kaltwasserspender defekt, aber wir die Wasserflaschen hatten Platz im Kühlschrank.

Tout, la gentillesse des hôtes, le lieu, l’appartement exceptionnel ( décoration magnifique)et la piscine !
Un peu loin du centre, si on loue une voiture aucun problème mais à pied c’est plus compliqué et les taxis sont chers

This is a lovely spacious apartment, modern and I felt very relaxed. There was an outdoor area with lounge and hammock. Inside the cooking facilities were good. Plenty of towels and excellent air conditioning and fans. The bathroom was also lovely with a view of a nice green garden. The apartment was fairly close to the main centre, shops were fairly close as well. There are 2 big TVs in the apartment also.
When you return to the apartment after being out for the day, there is a musty smell as you enter the apartment. Usually once the airconditioner is on, the smell dissipates; it seems to come from the pantry area which does not have enough ventilation, despite breather holes in the door. I would recommend 1 small saucepan to boil eggs, or heat milk or small meals.

Dass das Appartment schmutzig war, fiel uns gleich auf und wir haben es direkt angesprochen. Die einzige Option, die uns vom Personal jedoch vorgeschlagen wurde, war, zu stornieren. Damit hätten wir den gesamten bezahlten Betrag verloren.
- unangenehmer Geruch
- Bettlaken hatten Flecken
- Küchenuntensilien und Küchentisch verschmutzt
- auf dem Ventilator lag eine dicke Staubschicht (s. Bild)
- schmutziger, alter Spülschwamm
- Pool nicht gereinigt
