Felt secure and very well looked after. A bargain in this location you’d be mad to go elsewhere.

This property is extremely well presented. There is everything you need and more. I stay all over the world and these hosts are the most generous I’ve come across. Nothing is too much trouble , they are not intrusive but know how to look after their guests. A delightful 2 bedroom unit tucked away on a quiet residential estate near GCHQ. Very well equipped kitchen . Just book it you will be well looked after.

Brilliant place to stay! 100% stay again, parking right outside, host on site to provide keys, no having to wait for access codes. Wine in the fridge, perfection!

Perfect location for our needs. Quiet but easy to access town centre. The attention to detail such as little extras and home comforts were exceptional. Rob and Matt are wonderful hosts who obviously take great pride in offering a high quality boutique style accommodation, which is not lacking in any detail.

A cozy, charming stay with a welcoming host, and lovely snacks perfect for a relaxing family getaway

The decor was charming and gave off such a homey vibe, which made it super easy to settle in. The host was super friendly and even gave us some great tips for local attractions. My son was beyond excited about the little snack stash they had available—let’s just say he definitely didn’t go hungry.

Overall lovely, they’re only one thing that could have been better, the check-in process. Code lock or clear instructions on key collection. But it’s minimal, overall experience was positive.

Perfect getaway, close to lots of sightseeing activities

Perfect romantic stay! Hosts were superb and annex has everything you could need. Very easy to make yourself at home! Beautifully decorated and plenty of space. We were staying for busy local events, so it was ideal having a nice space to come back to at the end of the day. We had a wonderful time, thank you so much!

Lovely "annex" to a beautiful house in ideal location. Hosts were super friendly and had loads of information about places to eat, drink and visit. The welcome goodies were the best we have had - which was very much appreciated!

A beautiful hidden gem with the best hosts!

Absolutely everything from the moment we arrived was perfect. The guys went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and I genuinely cannot thank them enough! An absolutely beautiful annexe, we travel a lot with work and this has by far been the best place we’ve ever stayed in. An absolute pleasure and we were so sad to be leaving! Every single little thing you could possibly need has been thought of and beautifully executed! We would 1000% recommend!

An amazing property in the Cotswold area. The friendliest home owners you will ever meet.

Exceptionally clean and fully equipped home. Everything you needed was there, including a fully stocked fridge with milk, drinks and a bottle of wine from the local vineyard.

We loved the bath amenities from Rituals! It would have been 11 out of 10 from us if we were provided some shampoo and conditioner too!

The location was very convenient and posh. The hosts were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Bonus was the enormous amounts of treats that they left for us. we were overwhelmed with their generosity.

Hosts are amazing!! Property is finished to a very high standard, with everything you would have in your own house. At the end of a cul de sac so no traffic. Plenty of parking. Even some beers and wine in the fridge on arrival, which is a lovely touch.

Just perfect!

This small 2 bedroom Annexe was just perfect for my husband, myself and my 96 year old father.. We were given a lovely welcome and shown to our accommodation which had so many extras, including milk, cereals, toiletries to name a few!

Amazing..One of a kind indeed!

The cottage is very well maintained and extremely clean. We were greeted warmly by our lovely host Matt and he gave us a tour of this beautiful property. The fridge was well stocked with wine, beer, colas, milk, chocolates, water and the kitchen cupboards were full of yummy cookies and cereal boxes which added to the charm of this pretty place. The hosts Rob and Matt have paid minute attention to every detail..the fittings are top notch, the cutlery and crockery is exquisite, and the toiletries are from Rituals! In short it has everything that’s needed to make the guests’ stay super comfortable and enjoyable!

It was amazing!!! The property was supper clean, cozy and beautiful. It had everything you would need, ranging from snacks and drinks to netflix. The owners were super welcoming, kind and helpful, they recommended some amazing places to visit within the area and nearby. Their dogs are also super cute and sweet. Amazing overall, would definitely visit again!!

Want to thank this marvellous couple for our lovely stay. The hosts were very welcoming and kind hearted. They instantly made us feel at ease! The property was extremely clean, very comfortable and offers a good layout for less mobile guests. An assortment of teas and coffee pods, breakfast cereals, milk, beer, wine, chocolate were all provided. It was easy to find, is near the motorway so it’s excellent for an overnight stop but also great for longer stays if you want to see Cheltenham. Well done for offering such good value for money. We’ll definitely stay again if heading south. Thank you.

Everything is included, and he's extremely thorough. A selection of teas and coffee, a very well equipped kitchen and stocked fridge is going above and beyond. You can literally show up here with clothes, and everything else is provided. GT
