The Annexe had everything we needed. It was very clean and modern. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Self contained, Rob and Matt left us lots of goodies, clean, owners were friendly and helpful especially with ideas of places to visit.
The double bed was tiny. An upgrade to a queen would be fab.

A peaceful overnight stay en route to Cornwall in this spotlessly clean studio. Very friendly hosts. Thank you for all the treats. Perfect in every way.
