Stylish apartment 1 Bedroom 1 Bath - Triana

L’emplacement ! Très bien localisé !

Nous avons eu des problèmes d’eau chaude tout le long du séjour : pas assez d’eau chaude pour deux douches alors que nous étions deux (la deuxième personne devait se laver à l’eau froide, et nous n’avions plus d’eau chaude pour la vaisselle). Les hôtes étaient très réactifs par message, ce qui est appréciable, mais le problème d’eau chaude n’a jamais été réglé. Il y avait beaucoup de travaux dans la rue, c’était peut-être due à cela.

Well situated in Triana and close to Casco Antiguo. Well equipped apartment that is quiet and quaint. I stayed over a month and enjoyed the apt immensely.

Shows is very small. Washing machine was out although the management company did pay for laundering services.rugs needed replacement.

The property is in a typical Andalusian building, the cleaning team did a very good job, the bed was very comfortable, the area where the accommodation is located is within walking distance of all attractions (about 20 min). Apart from the coffee machine, it was well equipped. I liked that the space is decorated with taste and attention to detail, even though there is room for many improvements. Communication with the person in charge of the property was very good.

Unfortunately, there is a constant smell of sewage, there was mold in a corner of the wall in the bedroom, for coffee there was only a slightly rusty Italian coffee machine and we preferred not to use it, the bathroom mirror is positioned very high and shorter ladies who prefer to do their makeup in the bathroom will have difficulty, the shower cabin is small and uncomfortable, the towels, although clean, could be changed because they are very thin, and the toiletries were insufficient for two people in five nights of accommodation. I haven't had to buy soap and shower gel in years, until now. I found it very strange to see two cameras on location. I covered them up on the third day I noticed them. Another annoying thing was the noise. On weekdays someone would come to clean the inner courtyard at 6am and it was impossible to sleep. When you are on holiday you don't want to wake up that early.

Nous étions. 4 adultes mais dans l’appartement, il n’y avait que trois chaises,trois fourchettes et aucun verres de table seulement deux verres à vin et une coupe de champagne ! pour la semaine une grande serviette de toilette seulement! (7nuits). Déçus par rapport au tarif de la location ! Nous avons de suite informer les professionnels qui s’occupaient de l’appartement qui nous ont apporté la fourchette et les verres manquants !et malheureusement pas la chaise !
