Lovely place, lovely owners.

Ingenious design. Small but not poky.

Temperamental radiator and slow-draining shower. Reported to the owners who were keen to remedy asap.

Needs a couch in kitchen low ciffee table and fold away small dining table fold away chairs which cpuld actually dbl up as a bidtro table outside gates cpuld well ne covered with plastic hrenery givng a privsye feel and alsp podsibly maybe bins away in storage units . All this merely a suggestion . Also a tv upstairs . That is all Every ti kety boo . Thanls for a lovely short term stay

A lovely comfortable stay, with the host going the extra mile

The property had great facilities, was extremely comfortable and the host was very friendly and responsive.

The area, was a little rowdy, especially on the Friday night had some noisy neighbours. But this is expected with the location so was not a huge deal and did not impact our stay!

Fantastic 😊

Lovely little property, perfect for our one night stay. Leanne could not have done more to make our stay as comfortable as possible, nothing was too much trouble. The property had everything we needed and we even got some nice treats to make us feel even more welcome. Everything was clean and tidy. Parking was easy. The location of the property was great for us and within walking distance of pubs, restaurants and grocery store. Couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely stay again.

An ideal location for us and with a very attentive and communicative host.

The location was ideal for our daughter at Derby Uni, in lodgings just a 5 minute walk away. It was also only a few minutes drive to the A38 and A52 west of the city, and 10 mins or so to the big shopping centre in Derby, and 'high street'.

The stairs took a couple of goes to get used to.

Great location, nice privacy, everything was up to standards. The host went the extra mile to make sure our stay was amazing, she was very accommodating and made sure that we would have the best stay possible.

Beautifully presented small house. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again. Host was exceptionally attentive.

Because of the location, it's not exactly peaceful which to be fair we did know but there was a lot of traffic noise on Friday evening.

Little home away from home

Fantastic! It felt like a little home away from home! The host was very helpful and even waited for me with my favourite biscuits!

The stairs are quite narrow and steep so it would be difficult to manage if you have mobility problems or small children.

Perfect little place to stay

Lovely little place (nicely decorated), in a perfect location for easy access to the city centre. Really friendly hosts who were happy to help with any queries and made us feel very welcome. The Amazon Echoes in the ceiling upstairs and downstairs were a nice touch as well. Would definitely stay again!

Would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom (as well as downstairs) but we knew there wasn't one in advance so went prepared.😀

communication from the host was exceptional, checking if there was anything we needed and very helpful.

the stairs could be difficult for some people, although we managed them fine, only issue was at night if you needed the bathroom!

It was an excellent place to stay in. Very convenient location to my venue. Very comfy and private. Although I arrived late, but had chocolate and juice waiting for me :) Definitely will stay here again when I come to derby.

My only comment would be the stairs, a bit narrow and steep.

The property was great and cosy. could do with a heater upstairs. stairs were a bit of a struggle going up and back down. but overall clean and tidy.

just the heating could be more upstairs as was cold. but we manage to cook a steak and soon warmed up.
