Comfortable, clean and very good value. Thank you Linsy.

Location was walkable into city. (I'm fit and happy to walk. Check on Google maps to be sure the distance suits you) Also good bus service, every 10minutes, to and from Mickleover. Property is clean, secure, with good facilities. Linsy met me on arrival, very friendly. She also Provides bread, milk and breakfast cereals, which I hadn't expected. Option to park my vehicle, in dedicated offroad parking space was good too.

Genuinely do not have any negative comments to make. Even the other house occupants, staying in the other 3 rooms, were friendly, tidy and considerate.

Lovely area and the property was clean.

Had we realised it was a 'house share' property with long stay guests we would not of booked. Issues we had were raised with the owner and rectified with ease.

THE RECEPTION, HOSPITALITY AND ALL PROVISION WERE ABOVE OUR EXPECTATION. IF THERE WAS AN INITIAL PROBLEM IT WAS THE FACT THAT THIS ACCOMODATION IS IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA WITH NON DIRECT VEHICLE ACCESCC NO REAL PROBLEM BUT LUGGGAGE NEEDS A CARRY. AS IT WAS IN OUR CASE THE HOST PUT THE PROBLEM RIGHT. tHANK YOU.

Good value for money, friendly host and nice and clean

The whole building was clean and spacious. The room had everything I needed for a stay, and even though it was out if the city centre, it was near good transport links. Linsy was prompt and friendly, and made me feel welcome in the area. Even though I didn’t need anything extra, it was nice to know she was only a text away if I needed anything

The front door had a certain trick to close/open properly which I wish I’d been told at the start but was easy to figure out

So cute and cosy

All over great place, very clean and tidy. The room was a perfect size with a big closet ! Was great to have a kitchen to cook in. Would totally stay here again
