It was very cozy and clean.
It was a bit hard to find the entrance. The street that’s mentioned on the booking is the front of the house and the entrance is at the back on a different street. Otherwise, everything was great.

We were appreciative of coffee pods for the Keurig Coffee pot. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We were glad for the garage to park the car.
The location was close to downtown Austin, but I wasn't aware that nearby was free food for the homeless population. This population made it feel unsafe for us to walk to downtown at night. I have nothing against the homeless other than they can be unpredictable. One morning I woke up to a barefoot lady yelling incessantly in the nearby parking lot.

The location was conveniently close to so many hot spots! Loved the convenience of having a kitchen, desk, living room, and separated bedroom.
The bathroom sink seemed to be clogged so it made it very slow to drain. Not a big deal on this one, but we had a hard time getting the garage door fob to work.
