Nice apartment close to the beach and restaurants

The apartment was very nice and close to the beach, . The kitchen wads well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Surprisingly its was rather easy to find a parking place in the street

It was a bit complicated to pick up the keys in another street especially if you do not have a car. The apartment was clean except for the toilet which which we told the owner.

The best place to stay

I don't even know how to start. The apartment is gorgeous. Very clean, spacious, has everything you need, very quiet, near the train station, and also near the beach, we liked it a lot. If we come back, we will definitely come here again.

Le logement est spacieux et très propre. La cuisine, la vaisselle et les meubles sont parfaitement équipés, ce qui rend le séjour aussi confortable que chez soi. Idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, il est très pratique et le balcon offre une belle vue sur la mer.

Beau séjour à Manton

Location très bien située proche commerces et plage, bien équipée, propre, literie très confortable ,des petites attentions comme gel douche, tablette lave vaisselle et lessive très appréciable.

Rue passante et bruyante proche d'une école mal isolée côté bruit. Récupération des clés pas très pratique.Manque un balai et une serpillière, une roulette à pizza et une pince à spaghettis 😂😂

Satisfaisant.

L'emplacement central de la résidence prés de la vieille ville et de la mer. La luminosité de l'appartement. Le calme. La proximité de tous les commerces

La récupération des clés à notre arrivée fut compliquée en raison de l'éloignement du lieu // à notre arrivée la gare et la localisation de l'appartement. Difficile avec des bagages et la fatigue du voyage. Le lit est moyennement confortable. Un peu exigu par rapport à la grandeur de la chambre et une couette d'une personne sur un lit de deux personnes est surprenant.

Manque de voilage dans sejour car immeuble en face ! Le balcon long mais peu large , L'anonymat de la conciergerie je ne me résouds pas à ne pas voir les hôtes car manque de contact humain L'heure de remise des clefs 16h me semble un peu tard

Hier macht man nichts falsch.

Größter Pluspunkt ist die Lage. Am Strand ist man in 2 min, in der belebten "Ladenstraße" genau so schnell und in der Altstadt in 10 min. Die Küche ist sehr gut und vor allem mit hochwertiger Technik ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Appartement-Haus mit angenehmen (meist älteren Mitbewohnern). Gut an heißen Tagen ist die Klimaanlage. Die Größe ist für 2 Personen perfekt. Leider lernt man niemanden (Besitzer, Verwalter) persönlich kennen, der Kontakt über Telefon oder Mail / WhatsApp lief aber perfekt.

Das Bett hat für uns beide (ziemlich schlank) ausgereicht. Für breitere Zeitgenossen könnte es etwas schmal werden. Die Matratze war uns persönlich etwas zu weich. Die Fenster bieten keinen echten Lärmschutz, da hilft die Klimaanlage. Was wir als einziges wirklich vermisst haben war ein Safe, der einem beim Verlassen der Wohnung in Sicherheit wiegen würde. Was folgt ist KEINE Kritik sondern ein Hinweis: Die Parkplatzsituation in Menton hat sich grundlegend geändert: Praktisch das gesamte Stadtgebiet ist mittlerweile kostenpflichtig. Entweder man muss ca. 3 mal am Tag zum Automaten zum Nachzahlen, oder man bucht sich Tageweise (auch online) in eines der modernen Parkhäuser ein. (ca. 120 € für 10 Tage)

Ce fut un séjour très agréable dans un appartement parfaitement équipé et d’une propreté impeccable.

Il est idéalement situé à 210 mètres de la plage et très proche des commerces. Le trajet entre la gare et cet établissement est tout à fait faisable à pied lorsque l’on n’est pas motorisés (environ 10 minutes).

Tout était parfait, les espaces communs sont d’une propriété irréprochable.

A recommander ,une fois les travaux sur l'immeuble terminés .

La situation ,le confort de l'appartement . La possibilité de stationner (payant devant l'immeuble. Un parking (payant ) à 150m .

L'immeuble était en travaux de peinture de la façade,et les échafaudages empéchaient d'aller sur le balcon et imposaient de garder les fenêtres fermées. Pas de WIFI (Je n'ai pas pu obtenir le code ) .
