Great location in the old town close to bars and restaurants
Very nice apartment with most things you'd need
Great host and she was extremely helpful with information

Let us drop cases earlier than 3pm check in
A kettle to make tea for us Brits would be very useful and safer.
It was very hot when we were there and the bedroom was stuffy and lacks airflow, you need to use the supplied fan to circulate the air.
A second fan in the room would be useful.

Gedurende een hittegolf Bilbao bezocht, gelukkig kon je het appartement voldoende afkoelen. Sleutel en kluisje terugvinden verliep vrij vlot. Goede communicatie met Maria (WhatsApp), maar jammer geen persoonlijk contact gehad.
Het parkeren in Bilbao is niet eenvoudig en heel duur

Location was good but apartment and kitchen items were not in the best condition. Kettle was dirt stained and the apartment smelled. It needs renovation and professional finishing.
Many things can be improved
