Excellent stay for price, location, and comfort!

I stayed for 8 days and everything about the stay was smooth. Jochen was super helpful, he was extremely nice, and it was awesome to have a good chat with him. He showed my around the apartment, helped with my luggage, and explained to me a bit about the area, which he was super passionate about it. If I ever had a question, he was a quick text away and always fast to reply? Definitely will stay here again!

The only downside I could think of would be no oven, but this wasn't that much of a big deal as I don't use the oven that much anyways but it's nice to have when you want it.

friendly staff who really looked after you and wanted to help. In addition, the facilities were good, and the location good as they were within driving distance of beautiful sights in the Dolomites. The apartments are 100% recommendable.

Amazing views/nature, very pleasant owner and the apartment has everything we usually need for comfortable accommodation. Easy access to public transport (bus and train; tickets for local transport are included). We're completely satisfied!

wonderful after leaving AV1 early!

communication and planning was amazing. we made this as a last minute booking when we left the AV1 early due to poor weather. we were great full for a wonderful apartment with a beautiful view right near the bus stop from Pederu. our hosts were great and everything was perfect!

Very clean and comfortable. Easy check in even though we had no internet on the way there from MXP. Jochen was very friendly and nice. Gave us towels -we were for 1 night only and had none on us …and didn’t even know there weren’t any provided in general. Were very grateful of that - got those w/o even asking. We stayed only one night, came late and left early but it seemed gorgeous area and wish we stayed more. Super clean. Would stay again.

A little soap for bath and kitchen would be great - it was good we had some on us.

Ski with familly

Apartman is very clean. We had studio app an was ok for 2 adult and 2 kids. Kitchen is well equiped, and if you need something extra owner will give you. Staff are very friendly and polite. In fron of house is big parking but also skibus to Riscone ski lift. I trully recommend this appartment.

appartamento ampio, pulito, caldo, confortevole, con spazio all'aperto dove poter fare colazione o pranzo nella bella stagione, parcheggio ampissimo, gratuito attaccato all'appartamento, lo staff di una gentilezza, cortesia e disponibilità eccezionali per far sentire l'ospite davvero accolto. Raccomando questa struttura

Pobyt był bardzo udany.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja dla osób, które chcą zwiedzać najbardziej znane atrakcje Dolomitów. Dojazd do Lago di Braies, Tre Cime de Lavaredo, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Alpe de Siusi, przełęczy Pordoi i Gardena czy Santa Maddaleny w granicach około godziny. Apartament jest bardzo wygodny, wyposażony w płytę indukcyjną, mikrofalówkę, zmywarkę. Gospodarz jest bardzo miły i chętnie pomaga we wszelkich kwestiach. Nie ma problemu z pobytem z psem (obowiązuje dodatkowa opłata).

Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń.

Apartamentul era cu scara interioara, iar in dormitorul de jos aveai impresia sa iti cade lampa in cap daca se umbla deasupra.

Week end fantastico!

Struttura accogliente e spaziosa e pulita, grazie ai tre bagni abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie per un totale di otto persone tranquillamente. Il proprietario è stato sin da subito molto gentile e moto premuroso. Posizione fantastica, comodissima a Brunico ma al contempo in zona tranquilla e rilassante.

بالبداية كنت حاجز 3 غرف و عند وصولي الشقه كانت عباره عن شقتين و الغرفه الثالثة منعزله فلم يعجبني الوضع وعند سوال صاحب الشقه قال لي غلط في برنامج بوقينق و أعطاني ترقيه لغرفه اكبر مقابل زياده مبلغ و كنت تحت الامر الواقع فاضطررت لدفع كون لدي عائله 5 اطفال

Bell'appartamento in una posizione ottima

Bello e confortevole l'appartamento. In questi giorni molto caldi si stava al fresco all'interno e questo era piacevole. Inoltre abbiamo sfruttato il balcone per cenare e fare due chiacchere. Ottima la posizione: sia geograficamente rispetto alle zone da visitare sia per i mezzi pubblici. La fermata del bus è vicinissima come anche la stazione dei treni è a 5 minuti a piedi. Per chi ha la bici la posizione è perfetta!
