Very nice place, agricultural tourism with bio products

Cosy cottage, Markus was very helpful and met us near the house showing the parking place. He prepared everything for us: drinks, toasts, fresh eggs and brought fresh milk from the farm.

Everything about Holzerhof Lothen was simply perfect! The property is surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and peaceful nature — the ideal place to relax and recharge. The house itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with wooden details, and gives a warm, cozy feeling of home. The hosts were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure our stay was comfortable.

Honestly, there was nothing major to dislike. The only thing we wished for was to stay longer — two nights were not enough to enjoy this wonderful place!

Nice hospitality and good escape in the nature.

Marcus was really nice and welcoming, he provided all the needed utilities for the kitchen, we felt like home.

No restaurants or shops were around, but we didn’t really mind it.

Highland apartment

The apartment is located on the farm, surrounded by fruit trees. Beds were soft and comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome. Host produce homemade cheese and jem.

Great Stay in a Lovely Apartment

The apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials, which made it easy to prepare meals. Markus was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay—his hospitality made a big difference. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend!

The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which could use some improvement.

The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed! We only stayed one night as we are travelling and it was a last minute booking. it’s only a 5 minute trip to the local supermarket. the owner was lovely and very welcoming. the views from the apartment were gorgeous. would definitely recommend

We received a ticket to use public transport for 7 days. There are nice climbing spots close by. It was a pleasant walk (ca. 40min from the station) up the hill to the Holzerhof.

THE place for peace & quiet with some beatiful views

A wonderful house located up the hill, with chickens cows and more, that obviously just contributes to the whole experience. Located in such a lovely place, you can walk at this small town for hours and behold amazing views and nature all around. There is a pretty big supermarket just about 5 minutes drive, in town, and the city of Brunico is just 10-15 mins away. The room is well equipped and hosts are extremely kind. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone reaching this area of Italy! P.S. Lago di Braies is just about 30-40 mins drive, worth it for sure!

Charming and peaceful

The apartment is located up on a hill above San Lorenzo and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. It has a great little kitchen, plenty of room, and feels peaceful and serene. Irma was so friendly and kind and we had a great stay.

Very kind, helpful and friendly owners (thank you for the help with the washing machine!), clean, big room and bathroom. Kitchenette was very handy, washing machine was very useful, nice location (a quite and picturesque farm) quite and nice view around. They have farm products that are natural, so you can have an omelette with fresh bio eggs and many more products.

Lovely apartment with splendid view over the mountains

We arrived very late for the check-in and the lady who welcomed us was so nice she brought us some food we could cook in our apartment since all restaurants were closed at that time. I wish to thank her again for the hospitality! The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. The view from the balcony was lovely. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in the Dolomites!

Quiet sunny, friendly hosts

The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Even though they didn't speak English, they were all smiley and extremely friendly. They even left us some snacks with homemade goodies in the room. The room was very clean and had a sanitizer as well. It was very quiet and sunny in the morning.

The main bed was a sofa bed, which was not comfortable. The wifi has a shut down hour and a limit of users.

Appartamento spazioso, caldo e ben attrezzato a pochi minuti di auto da Brunico e Kronplatz. La posizione dell'appartamento è isolata e tranquilla, perfetta per godere delle bellezze della zona e rilassarsi. Bellissima la vista sulla valle, Kronplatz e Castel Badia.
