Bright 40 m² apartment "Ciasa Silvia" is located in San Martino in Badia, in the heart of Val Badia—a small, peaceful village in South Tyrol at the foot of the UNESCO Dolomites. The ground-floor apartment features a living room with sleeping spaces, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. An extra bed can be added to reach maximum capacity. The apartment offers Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Children are welcome, and a baby cot is available on request.
Ciasa Silvia is in a quiet, peaceful location and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Dolomite peaks. Relax on the outdoor furniture in front of the house and enjoy the mountain scenery.
Restaurants, bars, cafés, bakeries, and shops are 3–25 minutes away by car (1–15 km). The Skilift Antermoia and Piculin Bergstation ski lifts are reachable in 8–23 minutes by car (4–10 km). In 30–35 minutes (18–20 km), explore the beauty of the Dolomites on the Armentara Meadows and Ciastlins Waterfalls trails. Numerous cycling paths cross the mountain landscape of San Martino in Badia. Bolzano Airport is about 1 hour and 35 minutes away by car (75 km).
Parking is available on site. Up to 2 pets are allowed. The tourist tax applies to guests aged 14 and over. Toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo are not provided—please bring your own.

Pros: Super Aussicht, ausreichend groß, sauber. Es war sehr hilfreich, dass wir nach einigen Tagen neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen haben.
Die vielen Wandermöglichkeiten (z.B. Würzjoch / Peitlerkofel) haben wir genossen und ausgenutzt.
Cons: Ein paar einfache Extras könnten die Wohnung sehr aufwerten. Zum Beispiel ein Stück Seife im Bad, Tabs für den Geschirrspüler, etwas mehr Toilettenpapier oder mehr Gewürze / Olivenöl wären am Anfang sehr hilfreich gewesen.
