It's close to the airport.
Fun if you like some Orienteering game.
Very limited equipped kitchen. Quite complicated to get to the apartment (or you may find it fun playing some Orienteering game).
Beds are not very comfortable

Pros:
- quiet neighbourhood, away from the bustle of the more touristy areas
- spacious with well equipped kitchen
Cons:
- Block is echoey, more noise from neighbours coming & going than in some hotels
- Location is at very top of Chayofa, a steep 20 minute walk from bus stop. Better suited to those with a car
- Apartment is tired, furniture is damaged, there are chunks taken out of the walls, some walls are dirty & bathroom wasn’t properly clean
- Small hot water supply, wouldn’t be enough for a family
- Quite stuffy even in winter - fan only in lounge, can’t get a through draft
- Overpriced, not value for money
- Wouldn’t recommend
