spacious apartment, great location, spectacular views indeed, parking lot, good internet although it doesn't reach the child's room, so if your roaming is expensive be careful very close to Cristianos very nice and big terrace helpful and friendly host, but needs to be proactive we didn't have any issues with cockroaches as mentioned by others we really loved the location and the apartment was ok but because of the issues mentioned below we couldn't feel like home
the owner should hire a professional cleaning team from time to time to do a full cleanup of the apartment the walls should be repainted, there're dirty and give a dirty look to the apartment (especially in the children room) nails with no purpose in the walls, and especially in the bathroom used and oily dishes. doesn't give you any incentive to cook anything bathrooms need an upgrade, faucets are rusty (and again give a dirty impression to the apartment)
